PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Account Director is responsible for marketing and business units assigned to his/her group. The function of the Account Director is one of personal leadership in client relations and in internal administration/support of the entire PPI Marketing Communications team (Account Service direct reports, Creative team, Media team & Production team. The Account Director is the person to whom the account supervisor and account executives look for support, guidance, and counsel, and to whom designated business partners look as the department¿s representative on a policy level. Serve as strategic consultant for integrated marketing communications planning, creative development, execution, scheduling, production budget, media and as required, recommendations for campaign measurements and reports.
The Account Director is responsible for: 1.Becoming the catalyst and motivator of TEAM concept in all efforts for his/her accounts.
2.Maintaining a high level of performance by the account teams and other PPI team personnel,
3.Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid business partner relationship.
4.Keeping Senior Marketing Management informed of the status of designated business partner plans, problems and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel of decisions.
Serve as lead strategic consultant for integrated marketing communications planning, creative development, execution, scheduling, production budget and media. Takes leadership role in strategic development of marketing plans to grow the client's business.
