Job Description
The Management department, which currently houses the Marketing group, is building faculty capacity at all levels to deepen its research productivity and build program offerings at the Master's and Bachelor's levels. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to actively participate in 1) the ongoing development of the department and college, 2) recruitment of additional faculty, and 3) the creation of new academic programs such as our new undergraduate Entrepreneurship concentration and Master of Science in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship graduate program. Requirements
1. Earned doctorate in Marketing from an AACSB-accredited business school. 2. Professional interests and evidence of scholarly publication in the fields of specialization identified above. 3. Demonstrated record of high quality reaching at the undergraduate and Master's degree levels. 4. Commitment to develop and sustain an externally funded research program. 5. Ability to work with a diverse student and faculty population. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to speak and write English clearly. 7. Industrial and corporate experience is highly desirable.
